She also moonlights as a stand-up comedian, so she brings a lot of laughs to the table. Despite being someone who keeps us all on track and true to our values, she also inspires our funny bones on the daily.

Abby’s our business manager, marketing extraordinaire, wordsmith and maker-of-memes. Focused on brand, growth and getting-shit-done, she drinks copious amounts of tea and listens to even more 90s pop.

Favourite dance moves include thrusting and out-doing whatever Lesa’s doing.

Clair is the beating heart of our classes and choreography. Her authentic nature, emotional intelligence and exceptional talent for capturing feelings and turning them into dances (that we can all) enjoy is what defines the Shut Up & Dance experience.

An expert in all things pop-music, Clair is also an incredible spin instructor and amazing mom to Hugo & Sophie.
